FAQ
Questions we often hear
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They tap the card on their phone, or open your web address, and your company page opens in the phone's browser.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Most modern iPhones and Android phones read NFC cards automatically. A phone without NFC can still open your page by typing your address, or by scanning a QR code, which we can give you to print.
What if NFC is switched off on the phone?
On some Android phones NFC has to be turned on in settings. If it is off, the customer can scan your QR code or type your web address instead.
How much does it cost?
There are initial charges at implementation time and an annual renewal charge. We agree the exact amounts with you by phone or in a meeting before anything starts.
How long does setup take?
We confirm the timing with you when we agree your project, because it depends on your content and your cards.
Can I change my details later?
Yes. Major data additions or changes after your page goes live are chargeable. Tell us what you need and we will confirm the cost first.
What if my card is lost or damaged?
Your page stays online. A replacement card is chargeable.
What happens if I don't renew?
We give you a 3-month grace period after the renewal date. If payment still hasn't been made after that, your card page is switched off and visitors see a polite "inactive" notice.
Can my page be in Arabic?
Yes. Your page can be in English and Arabic, with a language switch for the visitor. Arabic is laid out right to left.
Do you track my customers?
No. Company card pages do not use cookies, advertising or tracking. Read the details in our Terms & privacy page.
